These exercise are performed by Depp to look lean, sexy and attractive. Johnny Depp Gym Workout is divided into particular body part exercise. He goes to gym 4 days a week.

After a big heavy workout he loves eating fresh fruits like strawberry, apple and pineapple. They provide him the required vitamins and energy for his movies and workout. Depp takes lots of green tea which provide him necessary minerals and also helps him to lose weight for his upcoming movies. He takes green tea with his every meal. For daily protein requirement he eats chicken breast and white fish and protein shake. To make his breakfast healthy he eats oats . So depp follows a healthy diet which is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals for his fit and lean body.
